MURFREESBORO - For the first time in a premier home tour, cutting edge home safety technology, kitchen finishes and bath systems as well as six, incredible rooms designed by Tennessee Titans couples will be featured in the Boulevard of Dreams at Marymont Springs, hosted by ParkTrust Development, September 13 – 28 in Murfreesboro just 30 minutes east of Nashville, according to Bob Parks, chairman of ParkTrust Development.

Parks said the Boulevard of Dreams home tour will showcase the area's most talented builders and designers and includes a very exciting Titans twist on decorating.


"We will have six, fully decorated houses providing visitors with tons of inspiration for their own homes. Folks are really going to want to see the rooms created by the wonderful Titans' husbands and wives working with our talented team to create one very special room in each home," Parks said.


The Titans couples, building, and design teams include: Kyle and Lindsay Vanden Bosch working with builder Mark Clark and designer Channon Colvin, J.O. Clark Building Group with designers Jerome Farris and Miller Caudle of Peddler Interiors; Benji and Tracey Olson working with Mike Parker, Laurel Brook Homes and designer Jennifer Parker, The Winning Design; Ryan and Stacie Fowler working with Tom Rhodes, John Wieland Homes and designer Elizabeth Spangler, EPID& Co.; Michael and Kat Roos working with Tony Novotny, Novotny Custom Homes and designers Holly Orr, Windows and More! with Melissa Ray and Pam Wellhausen, Ray Hines & Co.; K en and Sandy Amato working with Steve and Brent Martin, Steve Martin Construction with designers Tim Causey and Cindy Jackson, ReCreations; and Daniel and Jenn Loper with builder Randall Davis and designer Kristen Finney, Randall Davis Homebuilder, LLC with designer Joyce Cobb, Joyce Cobb Designs.


Emergency light safety path, email/text alerts when children arrive home, mirror hidden televisions, shooting star Home Theatre lighting, a massage stone shower floor, fiber optic kitchen and shower tiles, Kohler's new DTV II custom water, temperature, steam and chromatherapy shower system and unique faux finishing techniques are just some of the ideas premiering at the Boulevard of Dreams. Parks said the themed children and pet rooms are also spectacular.


"We have a drama girl's themed bedroom, a Canine Quarters with a jet tub for a dog as well as a "bone" bar, Shabby Chic nursery and a Wild West boy's room providing moms with great design ideas," Parks said.


There will also be incredible outdoor living rooms, a putting green, stunning home theatre rooms and several Titans-themed game rooms with the latest in audio/video technology appealing to women and men.


Charity is an important part of the Boulevard of Dreams Home Tour. The event opens during United Way's Week of Caring. Parks is donating 10% of the ticket sales to this worthy organization as well as making a donation to each of the six, participating Titans' charity of choice.

The Boulevard of Dreams at Marymont Springs in Murfreesboro is open daily 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. September 13 - Septem ber 28 with tickets on sale at the site $10 for adults and children 12 under free.
